So here it is, Our TOP pick. The Building in Pioneer Square. We are trying not to get our hopes up, BUT we love it.
Updates we would make:
Take up the carpet and have "glorified" concrete
Re-paint
Update Kitchen
Build a small storage room

We did not take pictures of the 2nd room, but that would be for Cocktail Hour. This room would be ceremony , then we would make it the reception.
